Shipping Costs and Timeframes

Within Australia

Shipping is a $10 flat rate per order, with free shipping for orders over $150.

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day. This may take longer during busy periods. We'll do our best to notify customers of any potential delays.

Items are posted via Australia Post Parcel Post delivery from the Brisbane Metro area. Australia Posts' delivery speed estimates are 2-4 business days within QLD, and 3-6 business days for other states. Please note these estimates don't take into account delivery network congestion (such as holiday periods) and may take longer for rural areas. 

All packages are shipped with tracking.

We currently don't offer Express Shipping, but are working on it! Feel free to get in touch if you wanted a quote.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If you need your shipping address updated, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the parcel is handed to Australia Post we're unable to get it back and we aren't responsible for any items delivered incorrectly due to the wrong address being provided.
